book iT is a Google cloud-based solution that offers essential features at no ongoing cost to administrators. Users simply select a locker from a list, book it for immediate use, and swipe to unlock it.

With no complicated wiring required, book iT is a simple tool to help maximize locker usage within a hybrid work environment.

Minimal administration is required enabling companies to focus on the important areas of their business.

So, how does it work?

  1. In the group’s tab, available lockers are organized into Buildings and Floor/Zones/Areas.
  2. The user selects locker and confirms booking – the locker is then immediately available for use. Users find the booked locker by the locker numbers on the locker.
  3. Once booked, the locker appears on the user’s “Locks” tab.
  4. The user clicks on the locker and the unlock screen appears.
  5. The user slides the bar to unlock the locker within Bluetooth range. The user’s smartphone is the booking tool and digital key at the same time.
  6. The user can program their ID cards to a booked locker all by themselves. When programmed, the booked locker can be unlocked with the smartphone or the programmed ID card.

XLOCK 160 Series – is perfectly suited for hinged lockers without a handle. Thanks to 3 small springs in the lock, the door of the locker jumps open. The lock can either be installed invisible or visible with an external antenna including a Micro USB for emergency opening. XLOCK 160 can be installed in both new and existing furniture. Perfect for wooden furniture.
