Hybrid working // Booking platform
Introducing book iT by XLOCK – the simple, wireless locker booking system with no subscription fees.
book iT is a Google cloud-based solution that offers essential features at no ongoing cost to administrators. Users simply select a locker from a list, book it for immediate use, and swipe to unlock it.
With no complicated wiring required, book iT is a simple tool to help maximize locker usage within a hybrid work environment.
Minimal administration is required enabling companies to focus on the important areas of their business.
So, how does it work?
- In the group’s tab, available lockers are organized into Buildings and Floor/Zones/Areas.
- The user selects locker, time and confirms booking – the locker is then immediately available for use. Users find the booked locker by the locker numbers on the locker.
- Once booked, the locker appears on the user’s “Locks” tab.
- The user clicks on the locker and the unlock screen appears.
- The user slides the bar to unlock the locker within Bluetooth range. The user’s smartphone is the booking tool and digital key at the same time.
- The user can program their ID cards to a booked locker all by themselves. When programmed, the booked locker can be unlocked with the smartphone or the programmed ID card.
- The booking automatically expires at the end of the booking period, and the card will be deactivated at the same time.

With the dashboard, you can track the usage of all locks in real-time, offering comprehensive insights into who accessed what, and when. This powerful tool allows you to monitor battery status, manage user permissions, and generate detailed reports, all from one centralized platform.
